All data from our customer’s inbound or outbound campaigns will get removed from our system as soon as the campaign ended and our customer has paid his bills.
Our customers get access to a website for their campaign , where they can see all calls made for them and which data we have collected. Our customers are able to export all the data from his campaign directly from the website into excel, word, xml or csv format. The website gets updated every 5 Minutes. If a customer provides an ftp-server we will upload all the recordings to this destination too.
